Vibest hosts photos, audio, and video that talent upload to showcase their work. By uploading anything to Vibest, you agree to this policy. It exists to keep the marketplace safe and lawful for everyone. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate it.
Acceptable use
You may only upload media that showcases your own entertainment services. You may not upload content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity for sexual gratification.
- Depicts or promotes violence, gore, self-harm, or cruelty.
- Promotes hatred or harassment against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
- Sexualizes or endangers minors in any way. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
- Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates fraud or impersonation.
- Contains malware, or is not genuine audio, video, or image media.
- You do not own or have the rights to use (see copyright, below).
How we enforce it
- New talent profiles are reviewed by our team before they go live.
- Uploads are checked for file type and size, and may be screened for prohibited content.
- Anyone can report a profile or piece of media using the “Report this profile” link on any talent page. Reports are confidential.
- We may remove content, unpublish a profile, or suspend an account at our discretion when this policy is violated.
Copyright & the DMCA
You must own or be licensed to use everything you upload — including music in audio and video samples. Uploading a track you don’t have rights to (for example, a commercial song under someone else’s copyright) is a violation and may expose you to liability.
